It’s as if God gently reminds us that yesterday doesn’t have the final word. In the middle of the chaos, weariness, or even regret, this verse speaks hope: we are not consumed. Why? Because His compassion never runs dry. The writer of Lamentations penned these words in a time of deep sorrow and loss.
